Welcome to Restartup Central
Startup central went down about a year ago when I accidentally overwrote my index.html with a file upload. One full year later I have found a Backup html that I had stashed away in the file system. This version is a backup from 8.3, 2 versions back from what version we had before the site was overwrote. I have decided to continue development on Startup and rebrand it as Restartup.
I Made the background a Texture Because I couldn't keep the site a still color without it looking horrible, now that I have learned some Css I can make better backgrounds and text effects.
